At AYZAH Group, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Return Policy

Due to the nature of our products (food items & consumables), we generally do not accept returns once the product is delivered.

Returns are only accepted if:

You received a wrong item.

The product was damaged or leaking during delivery.

To request a return, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with order ID, photos/video proof of the damaged/incorrect product.
2. Refund Policy

Refunds are issued only in the following cases:

The order was cancelled before shipping.

The product was damaged/incorrect and approved for return.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method (Razorpay – UPI, Card, Wallet, Net Banking, etc.) within 7–710 business days after approval.
3. Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been shipped.

Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible.
4. Exchange Policy

We currently do not offer product exchanges.

In case of wrong/damaged items, we will arrange a replacement or refund as applicable.
