Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy

At AYZAH Group, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.


1. Return Policy

  • Due to the nature of our products (food items & consumables), we generally do not accept returns once the product is delivered.

  • Returns are only accepted if:

    • You received a wrong item.

    • The product was damaged or leaking during delivery.

  • To request a return, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with order ID, photos/video proof of the damaged/incorrect product.


2. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are issued only in the following cases:

    • The order was cancelled before shipping.

    • The product was damaged/incorrect and approved for return.

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method (Razorpay – UPI, Card, Wallet, Net Banking, etc.) within  7–710 business days after approval.


3. Cancellation Policy

  • You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been shipped.

  • Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible.


4. Exchange Policy

  • We currently do not offer product exchanges.

  • In case of wrong/damaged items, we will arrange a replacement or refund as applicable.
