Thank you for shopping with AYZAH Group. We are committed to delivering your order quickly and safely. Please read our policy carefully.


1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment confirmation through Razorpay.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.


2. Delivery Timeline

  • Kerala & Nearby States: 3–5 business days.

  • Rest of India: 5–9 business days.

  • Delivery time may vary slightly depending on your location and courier partner.


3. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on orders above ₹999 (you can change the amount).

  • A standard delivery fee of ₹60–₹99 applies for orders below the free shipping limit.


4. Payment Method

  • We accept secure online payments via Razorpay (UPI, Debit Card, Credit Card, Net Banking, Wallets, etc.).

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.


5. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS/Email/WhatsApp.

  • You can track your shipment through our courier partner’s website or our store’s tracking page.


6. Delivery Issues

  • Please ensure your delivery address and contact details are accurate at checkout.

  • If the delivery fails due to incorrect address or unavailability, re-delivery charges may apply.


7. Delays

  • In rare cases, delivery may be delayed due to weather conditions, strikes, natural calamities, or courier-related issues.

  • We will keep you informed in case of any major delay.


8. International Shipping

  • Currently, we do not offer international shipping. Orders are delivered within India only.
