1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment confirmation through Razorpay.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
2. Delivery Timeline

Kerala & Nearby States: 3–5 business days.

Rest of India: 5–9 business days.

Delivery time may vary slightly depending on your location and courier partner.
3. Shipping Charges

Free Shipping on orders above ₹999 (you can change the amount).

A standard delivery fee of ₹60–₹99 applies for orders below the free shipping limit.
4. Payment Method

We accept secure online payments via Razorpay (UPI, Debit Card, Credit Card, Net Banking, Wallets, etc.).

Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.
5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS/Email/WhatsApp.

You can track your shipment through our courier partner’s website or our store’s tracking page.
6. Delivery Issues

Please ensure your delivery address and contact details are accurate at checkout.

If the delivery fails due to incorrect address or unavailability, re-delivery charges may apply.

In rare cases, delivery may be delayed due to weather conditions, strikes, natural calamities, or courier-related issues.

8. International Shipping

Currently, we do not offer international shipping. Orders are delivered within India only.
